Questions buyers ask
What is the minimum order quantity?
For printed and packaging items the minimum order is 500 pieces. Smaller runs can be discussed, but the price per piece is higher.
How fast will I get a price?
Within one working day of receiving size, quantity and material details. Missing details are the main reason a quote takes longer.
Do you check our files before printing?
Yes. Files are checked for bleed, resolution and page order, and a proof is shared for approval before the print run.
Can you print a short run first?
Short runs are possible on digital print; the price per copy is higher than for a larger offset run.
What happens if the print is wrong?
Every order goes through a multi-point quality check. If a defect is caused by our QC failing, we reprint at our cost.
