Questions buyers ask
What is the minimum order quantity?
For printed and packaging items the minimum order is 500 pieces. Smaller runs can be discussed, but the price per piece is higher.
How fast will I get a price?
Within one working day of receiving size, quantity and material details. Missing details are the main reason a quote takes longer.
Do we need a meeting to get a quote?
No. Most quotes are prepared from a WhatsApp brief, a photo or a physical sample. If you would like a meeting, ask when you send the brief.
How is the price worked out?
Price depends on size, board or paper grade, quantity, number of print colours, finishing (lamination, foil, embossing, window, spot UV) and delivery city. Larger quantities lower the price per piece.
What happens if the print is wrong?
Every order goes through a multi-point quality check. If a defect is caused by our QC failing, we reprint at our cost.
