Corrugated box size & board weight calculator
For a regular slotted carton (RSC, the standard shipping box): the board blank is (2 × length + 2 × width + glue flap) long and (width + height) wide, because the top and bottom flaps are each half the width. Weight of one box = board area × board GSM.

How to use the result
- Measure the inside of the box, then add a few millimetres around your product for easy packing.
- Board GSM is the total of all paper layers plus the flute take-up. Ask your supplier for the exact board specification; this tool does not choose the board strength for you.
- The figures are for the board only (no ink, tape or pallets) and ignore trim waste and board thickness, so treat them as estimates.
